Ms. Michelle Goh
principal Podiatrist
OVERVIEW
Ms Michelle Goh is passionate about helping patients stay mobile, active and confident at every stage of life. She was awarded the MOH Healthcare Merit Scholarship and graduated top of her cohort with First Class Honours from Queensland University of Technology (QUT).
Michelle previously practised at Singapore’s largest acute tertiary hospital, where she gained broad experience across the full scope of podiatric care. Her clinical focus is on the assessment and management of musculoskeletal injuries and lower limb biomechanics, supported by strong expertise in skin and nail conditions and diabetic foot management. This allows her to deliver comprehensive, well-rounded care tailored to each patient’s needs.
Michelle has a special interest in rheumatology and previously led a dedicated rheumatology podiatry service, working closely in a multidisciplinary team with rheumatologists and orthopaedic surgeons. In this role, she supported patients with complex and chronic foot problems related to inflammatory joint conditions, helping to manage pain, protect foot function, and maintain mobility despite long-term disease.
Committed to evidence-based practice, Michelle prioritises thorough assessment and accurate diagnosis, ensuring that treatments — including customised foot orthoses and medical shockwave therapy — are thoughtfully selected and effective in supporting recovery, restoring function, and helping patients return safely to the activities they enjoy.
In addition to her clinical work, Michelle holds a Master of Public Health from the National University of Singapore and previously served as a community health lead for podiatry. This background enables her to provide practical, patient-centred care that fits real-life demands. She has also contributed to peer mentorship and received service awards in recognition of her commitment to patient care.
BACKGROUND
Michelle’s approach to podiatry is deeply personal. Living with congenital flat feet herself, and having witnessed the serious consequences of diabetic foot complications within her family, she understands how profoundly foot health can affect independence, mobility, and quality of life. Now a mother to an active toddler, she also appreciates how foot health needs evolve across different life stages and the importance of early, appropriate care.
These experiences shape Michelle’s belief in treating the person, not just the condition. She values taking time to listen, understand each patient’s goals, and build long-term, trusting relationships through education, shared decision-making, and personalised treatment plans.
Michelle is committed to raising awareness of the importance of foot health at every age. Her mission is to partner with patients to deliver preventive, conservative, and individualised podiatric care — supporting mobility, function, and confidence for life – so patients can continue doing the things that matter most to them.
