We had an appointment with Jackie. This is a highly knowledgeable person who has in-depth knowledge of the subject, which many other doctors we have seen struggled to understand or explain clearly. I also feel he is a genuinely caring physician and not someone who is doing this with a commercial agenda. The nurses at the clinic are really sweet and warm and we felt welcomed. Pricing-wise, especially if you do the online booking, I felt it was very reasonable for what it was worth, considering the depth of knowledge of Jackie. Highly recommend people with foot or leg issues go and at least get a consult with him.

I had a great experience with Benedict, my podiatrist. He was very professional and thorough, and gave a proper diagnosis for my condition, which was plantar fasciitis. He clearly explained the cause of the issue and recommended the right remedies and care plan to help relieve the pain. I also underwent shockwave therapy, which helped greatly in reducing the inflammation and pain. I had my insoles made during the visit, and they have been very effective in relieving discomfort when walking. Benedict also provided stretching exercises to prevent recurrence. From the initial appointment, follow ups, and right up till the final review, Ms Michelle is warm, and really patient with explaining concerns I had. She went the extra mile of checking my right toe too, and shared tips on how to maintain it so that it will not grow inwards. I had Plantar Fasciitis and went to Straits Podiatry to get it resolved. Mr Jackie attended to me and he was really patient and professional and would explain clearly what outcome to expect. Under his treatment, the inflammation was reduced greatly. Mr Jackie also gave other useful advice such as the type of footwear to get and exercises that I can do to improve my condition. During the treatment, always communicate with your podiatrist on where your pain point is so they can adjust the therapy.
